I have taken the Real Property Law. I am writing Principles of Property Management this Saturday. Haven't had time to do much studying. Has anybody written that one yet?

BEWARE!!!

I recently took the Phase 3 Commercial Advanced exam and what I was taught in class and what was on the exam were two different things. The new exams are multiple choice and about 50% of this exam was math, which was not taught in class. In mortgage financing we did many math questions to prepare us for the exam, which was not the case with P3CA. My teacher pretty much went through the text book and told us to highlight the key areas. We also went over the true/false questions in the back of each chapter, the multiple choice and some of the other questions, but nothing in detail. He said they had made major changes and he was right. We hardly used our calculator in class when we should of.

I have a formal letter into OREA and they are looking at it as we speak as I, along with my classmates, are not qualified to do a re-write as we can't do the math component as it was not taught to us!

Spot sorry I didn't login for a while so I did not see your message.  However, I did pass the Prop. Mgmt and had registered for advance comm.  But I couldn't get in until November to do it and as we know the format has changed.  Well I am starting to get back into it now because I am only hearing difficult, difficult about the new format.  How did you make out with your Comm.

Tks,

Sharky

Visits were not taken away due to any behavioral activity on his part or mine We have learned to behave ourselves with the glass between us and a camera over each of our heads  Dress like a nun, display affection like a mom and you should be fine
